Shipping Information:

Please allow up to 5 shipping days to receive your order, although in most cases you will receive your order sooner. Orders are shipped via Priority Mail, a 2-3 day service provided by the United States Postal Service.

International Orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail and take approximately 6-8 shipping days after you receive our shipping confirmation email.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Should you need to exchange or return an item, in most cases we can accommodate your request. If the item has not been washed, worn, or used and is within 30 days of purchase, email orders@pbnation.com for return instructions and an authorization code.

Q - I was supposed to receive a refund, but the money is not back in my account/been refunded to my credit card yet?

A - Please allow a few days for the refund to actually occur. Although you should receive a confirmation email first that states a refund has been issued by PbNation.

Q - I haven't received my order yet and it is passed the usual shipping time?

A - First check your email and see if we have notified you of a backorder, or had a question about your order. If you received a shipping confirmation email, you may click on the link to track it.
