Ryan Greenspan, Alex Fraige, Todd Martinez, and all your favorite Dynasty players share with you the drills, theories, and practices that they use every weekend to improve their skills, and stay on top of their game. “We decided that the best thing we could do to help other players and teams would be to take them through what we do every weekend. The drills on ‘Dynasty Dysected 2’ are what we do, and we have the world championships to prove that it works,” said Ryan Greenspan of Dynasty. Part of Dynasty’s unique training includes conditioning work designed specifically for paintball.
